Mentally Freedom Liberate Your Mind, The Path to Mental Freedom

Mentally Freedom

This is a comment I put on a post about how to find spiritual comfort…..So many people thanked me for that comment through messengers. So I thought of putting it as a post.

“Thoughts cause happiness as well as sadness. Thoughts are something that is created from the data we receive from the outside world. In short, it is the echo of the external world. If we take that aside,

In fact, the most valuable things in life are a healthy heart, mind and spirit. Keeping these three is the spiritual path. Actually try to do pranayama or something like bhavana for more than 15 minutes a day. Don’t think big when you say Bawana. If possible, listen to inner healing music, relaxing music…at least 20 minutes a day. But don’t give up saying it doesn’t matter when you hear it today…..After a while, the mind, heart, and spirit deteriorate due to the thoughts we have collected, so the inner peace is lost. So you have to be patient and take time to change your mind from the negative side to the positive side. Always listen to positive things, positive people, control your thoughts. The best thing for that is to be alert about thoughts. Make positive sentences. Write a gratitude book. Create a vision board. Stay away from teledramas, news, sad songs. There are many more.

There is music made by hz432 ta on YouTube. Ask that one every day. It can concentrate the mind.

There are four types of hormones that affect our happiness (happy hormone) dopamine, endorphin, serotonin, oxytone. There is happiness frequency music which increases it. There are many other methods and methods. It is impossible to type them all. There are many on YouTube.
Things like doing Maittri Bhavana, making a pet, practicing yoga, dancing to a rhythm, self-suggestion is also very good.

You have to do these daily…you will get bored at first. But if you love yourself, keep going…..it will make a big difference.

Good to drink water. Take about 500 milligrams of vitamin C a day, and avoid going into the past. There are many things we need to heal spiritually. This was given to an afflicted person to heal spiritually and physically. Be a refugee. That’s how I found mental happiness. Actually, it is not in the external world, but in the mind focused inward. The three are sheltered.

Peoples living in this world can enjoy their freedom in three ways.

Time Freedom

Time freedom refers to the ability of individuals to have control over how they spend their time. It encompasses the idea of having the freedom to choose how to allocate and prioritize one’s time according to personal preferences and values.

In many traditional employment settings, individuals have limited control over their time. They are required to adhere to fixed working hours, often spending a significant portion of their day on tasks that may not align with their personal goals or interests. This can lead to feelings of being time-constrained and lacking autonomy.

However, the concept of time freedom has gained prominence as work structures and lifestyles evolve. Various factors contribute to the pursuit of time freedom, including flexible work arrangements, remote work opportunities, entrepreneurship, and advancements in technology. The rise of the digital age has facilitated remote work and provided tools that allow people to work independently and manage their schedules more effectively.

Time freedom allows individuals to prioritize activities that are important to them, such as spending time with family, pursuing hobbies, engaging in personal development, or contributing to causes they care about. It promotes a better work-life balance and enables individuals to align their time allocation with their values and aspirations.

Achieving time freedom often involves a combination of factors, such as setting boundaries, managing priorities effectively, and making conscious choices about how time is allocated. It requires individuals to evaluate their goals and values, make decisions that align with those priorities, and seek opportunities that offer greater flexibility and control over their time.

While time freedom is an ideal many people strive for, it is important to recognize that it may not be equally accessible to everyone. Factors such as financial constraints, societal expectations, and personal circumstances can influence an individual’s ability to achieve time freedom. Nonetheless, the ongoing shift in work culture and the increasing recognition of the importance of work-life balance suggest that time freedom will continue to be a significant consideration for individuals in their pursuit of personal fulfillment and well-being.

Mind Freedom

The term “mind freedom” generally refers to the state of having freedom and autonomy over one’s thoughts, beliefs, and mental processes. It involves the ability to think independently, make choices based on personal values, and cultivate a sense of mental well-being. Mind freedom can be achieved through various practices and approaches that promote self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and personal growth.

Here are some steps individuals can take to cultivate mind freedom:

  1. Self-reflection: Engage in introspection and self-reflection to understand your own thoughts, beliefs, and values. Question assumptions and challenge any limiting beliefs or preconceived notions that may be influencing your thinking.
  2. Cultivate mindfulness: Practice mindfulness techniques such as meditation or mindful breathing to develop present-moment awareness. Mindfulness helps in observing your thoughts without judgment and creating a space for conscious decision-making.
  3. Expand knowledge: Seek out diverse sources of information and perspectives. Expose yourself to different viewpoints, cultures, and ideas. This broadens your thinking and allows you to form your own opinions based on a more comprehensive understanding of the world.
  4. Develop critical thinking skills: Cultivate the ability to think critically and analytically. Learn to evaluate information, question assumptions, and discern between fact and opinion. This empowers you to make well-informed decisions based on reason and evidence.
  5. Embrace curiosity and lifelong learning: Foster a mindset of curiosity and a desire for lifelong learning. Stay open to new ideas and continuously seek knowledge and personal growth. Embracing curiosity helps expand your mental horizons and encourages intellectual freedom.
  6. Practice emotional intelligence: Develop emotional intelligence by becoming aware of and understanding your emotions and those of others. Emotional intelligence helps you navigate and regulate your emotions, make empathetic connections, and make choices that align with your values rather than being driven solely by emotional reactions.
  7. Set boundaries: Establish healthy boundaries with others to protect your mental well-being. Learn to say no when necessary and prioritize self-care. Setting boundaries helps prevent the intrusion of external pressures and allows you to make decisions based on your own needs and values.
  8. Seek support: Surround yourself with a supportive community of like-minded individuals who respect your autonomy and encourage your personal growth. Engage in meaningful conversations and collaborations that stimulate your mind and expand your perspectives.

Remember, achieving mind freedom is a continuous process that requires self-awareness, introspection, and intentional effort. It is a personal journey unique to each individual, and what works for one person may not work for another. By practicing self-reflection, embracing new experiences, and consciously choosing your thoughts and beliefs, you can gradually cultivate greater mind freedom and enhance your overall well-being.

Financial Freedom

Financial freedom refers to a state of financial well-being where an individual has sufficient resources and control over their finances to support their desired lifestyle and pursue their goals without being limited by money-related concerns. It involves having the ability to make choices based on personal values rather than financial constraints.

Here are some steps individuals can take to work towards financial freedom:

  1. Set financial goals: Define your financial goals and aspirations. Whether it’s saving for retirement, paying off debt, starting a business, or achieving a specific financial milestone, having clear goals provides direction and motivation.
  2. Create a budget: Develop a budget to track income and expenses. Understand your cash flow and prioritize spending on essential needs while allocating funds towards saving and investing. A budget helps you stay organized and make informed financial decisions.
  3. Reduce debt: Minimize and manage debt by creating a plan to pay off outstanding loans and credit card balances. High-interest debt can be a significant obstacle to financial freedom, so focus on paying down debts systematically.
  4. Save and invest: Establish a habit of saving money regularly. Allocate a portion of your income towards savings and consider long-term investment strategies that align with your risk tolerance and financial goals. Compound interest can work in your favor over time.
  5. Develop multiple income streams: Explore opportunities to generate additional income beyond your primary job. This could involve starting a side business, freelancing, investing in real estate, or creating passive income streams. Diversifying income sources can provide financial stability and accelerate your journey to financial freedom.
  6. Educate yourself: Expand your financial knowledge by reading books, attending workshops, or consulting with financial advisors. Understanding personal finance, investment strategies, and money management principles can empower you to make informed decisions and maximize your financial resources.
  7. Live below your means: Avoid lifestyle inflation and resist the temptation to spend all of your income as it increases. Live below your means by adopting a frugal mindset and distinguishing between wants and needs. This creates room for savings and investments, accelerating your progress towards financial freedom.
  8. Build an emergency fund: Establish an emergency fund to cover unforeseen expenses or financial setbacks. Aim for 3-6 months’ worth of living expenses in a readily accessible savings account. Having an emergency fund provides a safety net and protects you from falling back into debt during challenging times.
  9. Seek financial independence: Strive for financial independence by reducing reliance on a single income source. Focus on building assets and investments that generate passive income, enabling you to cover your expenses without relying solely on active employment.
  10. Continuously evaluate and adjust: Regularly review your financial situation, goals, and progress. Adjust your strategies as needed and seek opportunities to optimize your financial resources. Stay disciplined and remain committed to your long-term financial goals.

Remember, achieving financial freedom is a journey that requires discipline, patience, and consistent effort. It may take time to reach your desired level of financial independence, but by setting clear goals, adopting prudent financial habits, and making informed decisions, you can progressively gain more control over your finances and work towards a state of financial freedom.
